ISAE 3402 Type 2-declaration for itpilot

itpilot is very pleased to announce that, after independent IT audit, we have obtained an ISAE 3402 Type 2 declaration.

The declaration is the superstructure to our previous Type 1 declaration and shows that itpilot complies with a wide range of standards for IT security through processes, routines and controls - both in relation to operation and project management.

”It is a quality seal we are very proud of. It shows that our work processes reflect a high standard and quality for IT security," says Kenneth Løwe, itpilot's CEO.

ISAE 3402 declarations are increasingly demanded by customers and business partners in a time with an ever-increasing focus on securing personal and business-critical data. There are many threats to information security and stable and secure operations – not least from IT criminals who operate globally.

”As an IT supplier, we are of course very aware of the importance of the data that we store and process for our customers, and it is of great value to itpilot to also be able to document this to the outside world," says Kenneth Løwe.

Not just a snapshot

The declaration has been prepared by an independent, state-authorised audit company that systematically reviews itpilot's procedures, self-checks, risk assessments and documentation.
