New digital platform for Flow Loop
Flow Loop is part of Vitas Group and is behind the Flow Loop shower system – a recirculating shower system that reduces water and energy consumption without compromising on comfort.
Flow Loop wanted a new digital platform that could present the company and its product more clearly to both consumers and professional audiences. The previous website was no longer up to date in terms of its visual appearance, technology or structure, and the company needed a solution that could be developed further as its needs evolved.
itpilot has helped Flow Loop create a new WordPress platform built with Elementor. The solution includes a new website structure, a new design concept, the adaptation and rewriting of content, technical optimisation and custom-developed features for both the website and presentation purposes.

A clearer structure for multiple audiences
Flow Loop's solution targets both private users and professional stakeholders. It was therefore important to create a structure where users can quickly find the information that is relevant to them.
The previous website frequently attempted to address multiple audiences on the same page. This made the communication less precise and the navigation less intuitive. On the new platform, content is more clearly divided by audience, so private and professional users encounter more relevant messaging and a clearer path through the website.
itpilot has also worked on adapting the existing copy so that it better fits the new structure and the different user journeys. The content is based on Flow Loop's existing material, but has been rewritten and sharpened so that the website more effectively supports both communication and sales.
WordPress, Elementor and room for further development
The new website has been built in WordPress with Elementor. This gives Flow Loop a flexible and editor-friendly solution where content, pages and sections can be maintained and adapted on an ongoing basis.
The solution has also been built with scalability in mind. This means that additional language versions can be added over time, and that the platform is prepared for future integrations – including the possibility of integration with Vitas Group's PIM system, Inriver.
Flow Loop has therefore gained a platform that meets its current requirements while providing a solid foundation for further digital development.
Custom-developed savings calculator
As part of the project, itpilot developed a customised calculator that allows users to see the potential savings associated with using LOOP.
The calculator translates the product’s benefits into specific figures and shows how quickly savings on water and energy can be achieved. This makes it an important sales and consultation tool, helping users assess the solution on a concrete and informed basis.
Interface for touch screens
In addition to the website, itpilot has developed a dedicated touchscreen interface that Flow Loop can use in showrooms, at trade fairs and in other presentation settings.
The interface brings together the most important information about LOOP in a format that is easy to navigate on a screen. The custom-developed calculator is also integrated, allowing Flow Loop to demonstrate the product’s potential directly when speaking with customers, distributors and business partners.
A stronger digital foundation
With the new platform, Flow Loop has gained a modern and more user-friendly website in which the structure, content and features are centred around the audiences the company communicates with.
The solution gives Flow Loop a better basis for continuing to work with content, language versions, digital sales tools and future integrations. At the same time, the platform fits within Vitas Group's overall digital framework and supports the company's continued development.
