Vexa got a modern website with a clearer path to the loan application
Vexa has worked with itpilot for several years on SEO, social media and digital visibility. Most recently, we have helped Vexa with a new and more up-to-date website, where design, structure, copy and user journey have been updated with a focus on usability and preserving strong SEO rankings.
A website in need of an update
The previous website had been stable for a long time, but it had gradually started to show its age. The technical solution had become heavier to maintain, and there was a need for a more modern setup that made it easier to continue working with content, pages and ongoing optimisation.
We therefore recommended a new WordPress solution based on Elementor. The goal was not to start from scratch with Vexa’s digital presence, but to build on what already worked in a more flexible, user-friendly and future-ready solution.
More modern design and a better user journey
The new website has received a visual lift, making it appear more professional, clear and up to date. At the same time, the structure has been sharpened, making it easier for visitors to find the most important services.
This includes loans for home purchases, loans based on home equity and loans for commercial property – as well as the different loan types Vexa offers. The focus has been on making it easier for users to understand their options and find the right way forward.
A central element of the project has been the loan application form, which is an important part of Vexa’s customer journey. We have therefore worked to make the path to the application clearer, so visitors can take the next step more quickly.
Copy and SEO were considered from the start
Through our long-standing collaboration with Vexa, we have worked strategically with SEO and ongoing optimisation of the website’s content. Over time, this has helped create strong rankings for several important searches.
It was therefore also important that the new website did not negatively affect visibility in the search results. The relaunch was not only about giving Vexa a more up-to-date expression, but also about protecting the SEO value that had already been built up.
The copy was therefore reviewed and optimised based on the existing content, so we could improve readability, structure and user experience without losing the value that was already working.
A more personal and trustworthy expression
As part of the update, Vexa had new professional photos taken of the team, premises and relevant atmosphere images.
This gives the website a more personal expression and supports the trust that is important when customers contact Vexa about financing. Instead of appearing generic, the website now has a more authentic and approachable feel that fits Vexa’s advisory role well.

The new website is a natural continuation of the collaboration we have already had with Vexa for several years.
