KC Jewelry has chosen itpilot as their Danish Odoo partner
The Spanish jewellery chain Miramira opened the doors to its first Danish store during the autumn holiday, located in the heart of Copenhagen. The Danish store is operated by KC Jewelry ApS, which has chosen itpilot as its Danish Odoo partner.
Miramira: A fast-growing jewelry chain
Miramira was founded in Madrid in 2022 with a focus on offering quality jewellery at competitive prices through a collection that appeals to a broad audience. From the outset, Miramira has pursued an international strategy, resulting in rapid growth with more than 240 stores across over 20 countries, including Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany and the Netherlands – and now Denmark as well.
KC Jewelry ApS is behind the Danish branch of Miramira. The company is led by CEO Karina Lentz Söderstjerna, whose efforts play a key role in establishing Miramira in Denmark and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations of the store on Frederiksborggade in Copenhagen.
KC Jewelry ApS is responsible for daily operations and customer service in the Miramira store, with a clear focus on creating a successful introduction of the jewellery brand to Danish customers.
A strategic collaboration on Odoo
Miramira uses Odoo as their primary ERP platform across their entire international organization. This contributes to a consistent and integrated operation regardless of geographical location.
While Miramira works with a Spanish Odoo partner for its headquarters in Spain and the rest of the chain, KC Jewelry chose to engage a Danish Odoo partner with in-depth knowledge of local conditions and requirements – particularly in relation to Danish bookkeeping legislation. The choice fell on itpilot.
The Spanish Odoo partner handled the core implementation in the store, aligned with the chain’s overall structure. itpilot subsequently ensured the necessary local integrations and advised KC Jewelry on Danish-specific requirements, including POS and accounting. With strong insight into the Danish market, itpilot also ensured that KC Jewelry obtained the correct integration between Odoo POS and the payment terminals used in the store.
Our collaboration includes ongoing strategic advisory services related to Odoo. This includes guidance on accounting setup and ensuring that reporting in Odoo complies with the Danish Bookkeeping Act. In addition, the focus is on supporting daily operations within the most central Odoo apps for KC Jewelry:
- POS (Point of Sale)
- Inventory
- Accounting

Our strategy for Miramira in Denmark has from the start included both a significant physical presence in Copenhagen and a robust digital infrastructure. Therefore, it has also been important for us to find a partner who is not only skilled in Odoo, but who can also provide us with strategic sparring that is relevant to Danish conditions.
